By downloading, installing, or using AIPIP ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
AIPIP is a social deduction game where players interact with AI-generated characters in a simulated workplace chat environment. The game is intended for entertainment purposes only. All characters, companies, and scenarios are fictional.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You may sign in with your Apple ID. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account per person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The App offers optional consumable in-app purchases ("credit packs") that provide additional gameplay. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies. Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
Game dialogue is generated by artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic). AI-generated content may vary between sessions and is not reviewed by humans before display. The content is fictional and does not represent the views of AIPIP, its developers, or Anthropic. We are not responsible for AI-generated content that you may find offensive or inappropriate.
In features where users can post messages (such as community channels), you agree not to post content that is illegal, harassing, threatening, or violates the rights of others. We may remove content or restrict access at our discretion.
All game content, artwork, characters, music, and code are owned by LinkHub LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Game availability depends on server infrastructure that may experience downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkHub LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of profits.
We may modify, update, or discontinue the App or any features at any time. We may update these Terms and will notify users of material changes through the App or our website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
