AIPIP Privacy Policy

We collect only what's needed to make the game work. We don't sell your data. We don't track you across other apps. We don't run ads.

AIPIP ("the Game") is a social deduction chat game developed by LinkHub LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you sign in with Apple, we receive:

Your Apple user ID (a stable identifier scoped to our app — we cannot use it to identify you in other apps)
Your email address (often an Apple Private Relay address)
Your display name (provided at first sign-in only)

If you play as a guest, we generate a random identifier (UUID) stored on your device.

Game Data

Levels completed and win/loss records
Credit balance and free plays used per day
Game session data: level played, result, and AI processing usage

In-Game Messages

During gameplay, the messages you type are sent to our server and processed by a third-party AI service (Anthropic's Claude) to generate character responses. See Section 4 for details.

What We Do NOT Collect

Location data, contacts, photos, health data, or browsing history
We do not track you across other apps or websites
We do not use advertising identifiers or analytics SDKs

2. How We Use Your Information

To operate the game: manage your account, save progress, process in-game interactions
To generate AI character responses during gameplay
To manage credits and in-app purchases

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers hosted by Railway using PostgreSQL. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). We retain your data for as long as your account is active.

4. Third-Party Services

Anthropic (Claude AI)
In-game messages are transmitted to Anthropic's Claude API to generate AI character responses. Per Anthropic's API terms, inputs sent via the API are not used to train their models. See Anthropic's privacy policy.

Apple
Sign in with Apple is provided by Apple Inc. See Apple's privacy policy.

Railway
Server infrastructure hosted on Railway. See Railway's privacy policy.

We do not use any advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or social media SDKs.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your account and all associated data
Export your data

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at thechinesedude666@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Account deletion: You can request full deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at the email above. Upon deletion, your game progress, purchase history, and account information will be permanently removed.

6. Children's Privacy

AIPIP is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. International Users

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom: our lawful basis for processing your data is the performance of a contract (providing the game service) and our legitimate interest in operating the game. Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. You have the rights described in Section 5, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the app or on this page. Continued use of the game constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
